Gueye and Adama 'very doubtful'.

I wouldn't play Adama, Gil or Jack in this. No point risking them getting a kicking.
No footballer should be protected from getting a kicking. Go out and play and destroy then with skill, guile, pace and power.

Who'll create without those?
God creates!
McGrath as an attacking midfielder? I like it!

I couldn't care less whether we win or lose. I am just not interested in this match. I just think we ought to concentrate all our major resources in staying in the Premier League. I was hoping we were going to see a massive improvement this season but once again we have been badly let down. It is no different from the last few seasons and my depression following Saturdays match has not yet lifted.

I am beginning to wonder where Tim Sherwood is taking us in the next few months.

Most people have acknowledged its going to take a while for all the new signings to bed in and for the team (starting) to take shape.

The Blues game has maybe come a bit early, but fuck it and fuck them, just have a go and try and win it. I thought we'd beat Leicester and I thought we'd beat albion, but wasn't to be. Still think we'll beat blues too - you've gotta believe.

On paper we should hammer these lot. I think Sherwood is going to come under serious pressure if he somehow manages to mess this one up. Gana & Traore are big losses but we should still have more than enough to beat a team that cost less than £3m to assemble!

I can understand you still feel fed up after Saturday, Ron, but do you really mean that? I can also understand that people would rather we hadn't drawn Blues, but I don't think I've ever met a Villa ( or blues) fan who doesn't care whether they win or lose a derby game.

in a perverse way its an ideal game to play after the loses to other local midlands teams

its a cup game, everyones up for it (hopefully) get a win and with it a much needed confidence boost,
the fans go home happy and we go again, haha

lose and its not going to be very nice though

In all seriousness I have watched Blues a few times this season and they are very organised but the one area they struggle with is height at the back, they have been a bit ropey from crosses so this is definitely a game to start Gestede or Kozak.

I'd play Gestede up front and stick Clark in midfield in place of that clown Westwood. We need a bit of bite in the middle and Clark is the man.

The problem is I have no confidence that Sherwood will have made the same observation as you. He missed the fact on Saturday that every Albion player in defence and midfield would be taller than ours.

Or she could be a caring mother and loving wife.

Supporting the wrong football team is not necessarily an indication of a massive moral flaw.

"Brummie Reds" being the exception obviously.

She's alright. I was at college with her, always used to have some good banter with her tbh. Not your usual nose who mentions the lulus every other sentence.
