Apparently there are no booking fees if you buy online for this game, so might be an idea to do that?

Plan B, can you buy a Villa Cash card at the same time as buying a ticket or are only pre-existing VC members eligible?

Resident Bluenose at work (your stereotypical nose; looks like Les Battersby and talks bollocks) told me today that 600 Blues fans will be in the Holte. I laughed and gave it the old 'course they are sweetheart'. He ensured me it was true and that he was getting a ticket himself in the away end, this despite him having not attended a game since about 1978, around the same amount of time since his gums saw any teeth. I remember them giving it all this before the infamous 03/03/03 game. I was in the Upper Holte that night and saw Villa on Villa scuffles throughout as anyone looking or acting a bit strange was accused of being a nose. I remember a couple of them jumping up in the upper Witton thinking they could take the piss, lets just say they're probably still tending to their head wounds twelve years on. I think it will be the same this time, any chance or shot by them will have our fans surveying their block for potential noses. I don't profess to be a hooligan, but anyone in the know knows Blues never do anything at VP. They thought they could take liberties on that first Premier League visit and came unstuck big time.

Hope it sells out as all we'll hear is them telling us we should have given them more tickets blah blah blah. Think it will be about 38k though myself.

(By the way, long time reader of the board, finally decided to sign up!)

I genuinely don't know. You probably can in person, for someone that already has a BH as I doubt they will accept new members at the moment. No idea how it would work trying to do it online though.

I've had a look online. I reckon I'd have more chance of hacking into The Pentagon's weapon system than getting a ticket for a non-season ticket holder on there.

I might just get my Dad to phone them, he'll love that.

I just went to buy a ticket online and then found out it's tomorrow I can buy, not today. What a twonk I am!

Never booked online as booking fees annoy me so always pay cash in the shop, but as they are apparently waived for this game was going to do it to make life easier. I'm sure something will go wrong though and make it much more difficult than it should be.

Top three threads on their SHA forum right now are all about the ticket allocation. Let it go chaps. You've got to laugh, they took about 300 to Burnley earlier this season.

Have you seen that forum? It looks like a 10 year old has designed it.

Registered Mr Amfy as a Villa Cash member on Saturday when I got mine & Jane's tickets. He had a good enough booking history for a cup final ticket in the end last year, but would have been well down the pecking order for this without it. Now, I can get his ticket tomorrow and hopefully not too far away from us. I can't believe it is actually £20 to register - that is loads!

You get £10 loaded on it though, so it's really a tenner.

Buy one before a certain date and it's £10 with £5 loaded on.

If they did they were too shit scared to say a word.

But in reality we know there were at most a few dozen dotted around the ground. Most of them smart enough to keep quiet. Unlike the bloke who was bounced down the Upper Witton.

Pretty stupid my girlfriend can't get one for ages even though she's been to every home game so far this season and has an Albion ticket. Why are they prioritising those who bought match tickets last year ahead of those who have attended this year?

I could get her a Villa Cash card but I've no idea what her booking history is as the website doesn't allow her to log on and there's no way of getting through on the phone.
We've only had 3 home games (2 league, 1 cup plus Baggies on sale) so far this season, so it makes sense to prioritise last seasons booking history and the criteria ensures Noses can't get tickets. If your gf has a client ref then she needs to create an online account, and any booking history will be automatically assigned if the tickets were registered to her client ref.

definately

always going to be a few about, i saw none in the upper holte, know that a couple of them got bounced down the stairs in the upper doug

for all their crying about their allocation they seem unable to grasp that their club agreed to it lol

I know it's been said before but we only got 1600 last time at there place and that was a quarter final, so I don't really know what they are banging on about

I personally would be happy to give them the full monty whatever that is about 4k I suspect,
But that's me I like a lively atmosphere

my day for tickets is also tomorrow I'm hoping for a couple in the lower north

We had a bigger than normal allocation for the QF. Our allocation was cut to 1500 for the league game after that.
