Is Clark Delph's middle name?  If so I had it right all the time.

Not quite but almost.  He has two middle names, Clark Kent.

I did say Delph because he is the sort of player who can insert his personality on the team and as long as he is on his game can be a player of real importance.  If he was playing every week then Gabby might be a good shout but I don't see that happening at the moment anyway. If I didn't pick Delph then I would say that Guzan is the next best option.

Considering what happened with Delph & Vlaar I nominate Nzogbia.

To complete 5 years of shite and farce Forrest Agumplahor to be made Captain despite not knowing what it means.

That's not even vaguely funny.

Ciaran Clark is the man for me.

I would go for Clark now, but we need more than one leader on the pitch. Know it has been mentioned before, but Saunders had a bunch of players other than Sir Dennis. I saw Peter Withe at bodymoor many times getting really angry and there were the likes of Evans, McNaught, Bremner and Swain as well who were vocal

I can see him picking Richards. Sherwood had spoken of creating a winning mentality and bringing in players who have that attitude. Clark would still be a very good choice but I think it might be Micah.

I wouldn't trust Gabby to call heads or tails, let alone lead the team.
