I think we are all forgetting our priorities, happy birthday Steven Gerrard.

Do us proud lads, no regrets, be brave and we can do this.

Having a few in the Pot of Gold next to Ruislip station. Watching the cricket in a pub where there is carpet that isn't sticky. Not your usual rammed with Villa pub, although it is, as of Cookie becoming the all time England run scorer, packed with Villa.

No nerves yet.

About to hit the road here to join some mates. None are Villa fans and none of them will understand what this means whether we win or lose. And especially so if we win. Now starting to feel it a bit. I so want this to go well today.

I'm part of a cardio vascular study and have just been fitted with a heart monitor.

Talk about baptism of fire.

C'mon you Villa boys!

I'm actually fine. This is a lovely bonus to another grotesquely awful season and I just hope we give a good account of ourselves, at a difficult moment in the club's history. If we win, amazing; if we lose, I just hope it's not a tonking. I don't even mind the opposition so much - compared to Chelsea, Man City, Man United, Liverpool and Spurs, Arsenal are practically angelic - so if we lose we only lose, we don't have to see a Terry or a Gerrard celebrating with stupid big grins spread all over their odious twunty faces.

No, nerves were real before the Everton game, before the West Ham game, before the Baggies game in the league. This is what it is. It may sound small-time, but after everything in the last few seasons I'm pleased we got the home dressing room, and that we'll see the great and famous colours of the Villa back on a stage which befits them.

With that said - FUCK THE FUCKERS!

Memories of a 10 year old boy sitting on the settee next to my Dad watching us win in '57 and feeling just as emotional as I did then, if not more.

Just do it VILLA!!!!!

Just back from lunch in a very sunny Jhbg 23degrees.
Turn up the heat lads, I am struggling to swallow the lump and hold back the tears.
Keep thinking about my mates and brother who are there and all the Holte enders in the sky watching from Heaven

We beat a team in yellow in the semi final and we will beat the cowards in yellow in the final. Claret and Blue will reign supreme.

And here's something. We all know how gash we have been at home in ages. How ironic then if we win the cup we will have been the home team all the way through the completion?
