Let's remember all this if things aren't going our way on Saturday, not sit there sulking, keep the non-stop noise up and stay behind the lads all the way to climbing those steps.

What he said. Only 2 teams can get to the final.

Completely agree. I honestly can't see us winning (although every bone in my body is wishing my pessimistic nature would disappear just for this weekend) but if sheer passion and noise from the fans count for anything, we should be in with a decent shout (pun intended :p)

I totally agree, it Villa lose on Saturday all other Villa supporters should stay in the stadium and watch the players collect their medals. Meanwhile, I'll be running back to my car and taking advantage of the clear roads  ;)

Right for those of you who were in Club Wembley for the semi - what can I wear - I know no replica shirts (would have worn my 1957 replica), but I have a claret and blue polo shirt - been trying investigate online but nothing definitive.  Will that be OK to wear in your opinions?

We were there for the semi final, in the Club Wembley gold bit. I didn't see a single person with a replica shirt on. I did, however, see loads of people wearing scarves (I did myself).

On the ticket, it says you need to dress smart casual, and actually says "no trainers". I thought that'd be one of those things that they wouldn't turn you away for, but opted not to risk it. I also stuffed my scarf in my pocket when we entered, just in case.

As for generic clothing of club colours, I wouldn't risk that, either.

Where did you read that Paulie? I'm looking at a Club Wembley (bronze) ticket now and all I can see is "the wearing of replica club shirts is strictly prohibited" - nothing about footwear!

Edit: I found this on the Club Wembley website:

"DRESS CODE - There is no strict dress code within Club Wembley and the Bobby Moore Club, with the exception of replica club shirts."

I take it that doesn't apply at play off finals? At the Boro Norwich game it looked like everyone in Club Wembley was wearing a replica shirt.

What a great video, just got goosebumps!

I just can't wait, even though I think it's going to Penalties and that might be more than I can handle!

Come on you Villa boys, bring it home.

'Club Wembley' sounds like either a cheap 1970's plastic football or a cheap 1970's football game your parents would get you for Christmas rather than shelling out for Subbuteo.

Just no shirts in CW.  Me and my bro wore claret and blue attire for the semi and will again on Saturday.  The daft thing is, you can wear a club scarf?  I don't know why but you can.  Odd.

The Road to Wembley:

Watching that although the goals were crucial you cannot measure how important that save from Given was against Leicester - when our confidence was still very fragile that was a turning point

Fcuk me I am getting nervous now

For anyone who likes a flutter Dafabet are offering a free bet on the champs league final if you bet on the fa cup final (max £30). Villa are at 6.5 so a £30 bet gives you £165 profit with a free bet to come....
