The f.a. Seem to be able to get away with selling tickets at inflated prices block 545 v Liverpool £43.

Silhill yeah that flight schedule is down to cost, Oman air wanted about 120 riyal more, plus I cant get up from Duqm till Tuesday night, so needed a night flight to get to UK for Wednesday, it will be all worth it, when Delph goes up to lift the FA Cup and we can say we were there, we were there.

Only a guess but maybe some grass roots clubs / FAs didn't take up their option to purchase tickets?
