Likewise they have Coutinho, Sturridge and Sterling. Again I'd have Benteke ahead of those 3 but I'd pick any 2 of those 3 ahead of the rest of ours.

Apparently Sturridge is unlikely to be fit.

Fortunately I can't remember the Liverpool side of the 70s and 80s winning everything.

I do remember them going 1-0 and constantly passing back to Grobbelar. Notable that they've never won the league since the pass-back rule was invented.

i can remember giving them some right dickings, apparently, the only time anyone ever saw the magnificent Bob Paisley (and he was) lose his temper was when they came in at VP 5-1 down at half time, and I was there, thank the Lord.

The question is would we want a half fit Sturridge or a fully fit Lambert? I think Mario's back too but even he can't be fully fit yet either.

I think they'll all be fit come Sunday afternoon, with the exception of Clark.

I would hope Cissoko will be fit, I thought he returned to training 2 weeks ago, maybe Hutton & Sinclair.

What I want is for Villa to take the game to Liverpool with a vengance. I expect Cleverley to move the ball forward at pace. I hope Ron Vlaar will take his Tottenham form into this game. I want Delph to be blasting at their goal every chance he gets. I don't think Sturridge will start, I think possibly, against Brendan Rodgers better judgement, he will start with Balotelli.

We have every chance. We have Benteke  snorting fire through his nostrils.
