I said this about Everton a week or so ago. Next 2 games are massive for them as they are currently woeful.

Everton are right in it at the moment. 2 League wins in over 3 months. Once since Christmas. 3 league goals this year and 2 were against Leicester.

Can someone confirm my drugs aren't affecting me.  We're we just first on motd?

Yes but even then the highlights were fucking terrible

First on MOTD but with the sort of time allocated that you'd get for a match second from last or thereabouts.

Which reminds me the highlights of last Saturdays game were similarly appalling.

We had a fair few more efforts than they showed

Wes Brown is an impressive character isn't he? Looks like he really cares both on and off the pitch. All that passion, my word...

So being first and not being Man U or Chelsea essentially cancels itself out.

Highlights were shit.

F**k MoTD.
(although tonight's pundits were real people and not parodies of themselves).
F**k their editor as well.

What a first half performance. Amazing movement and fluid attacking football. Helped by a piss-poor Sunderland side.

I feel for the Sunderland supporters, I don't mind the club at all and it's only a few weeks since we were feeling similar pain, I hope they stay up.

Isn't it mad how things can change so quickly with football? After the Newcastle game I thought we were nailed on to go down and very pissed off with football in general and villa in particular. Since the league win against albion I've thought of very little else other than villa this last couple of weeks.

Just walked through the door after driving like an eejit from VP so I can glorify in it all over again on MoTD.

A great day and a brilliant result.

Time for a beer!

UTV!

Great win against the Albion and glad you enjoyed it, Frank but it's about time you invested in some GPS. I hear it's all the rage.

Who's going to tell him about today's result?

Be great to beat Swansea next week to give us some breathing space going into a couple of tough away fixtures. With QPR, Everton and Burnley to play at Villa park, with a rejuvenated team. I'm beginning to think we might be ok!!

It's important we beat Swansea now and keep this momentum going.

Villa, Burnley and West Ham on 1st, 2nd and 3rd.  A Claret and Blue bonanza!
Shame about the Hammers result, or it could have been world domination.

About time you realised where the club coaches drop the fans who go to away games!

UTV!

I actually think the Leicester Hull highlights were as long as ours!!!
