Wes Brown is being made to train on his own now after that.

I assume that's a 'has-bean'

Well, This got off track...

I thought the only negative from Saturday was Weimann still looks completely useless on the pitch.

May need to replace him in the summer with a better option.  Danny Ings of course would be great, but I also like the look of Patrick Bamford who is on loan at Middlesborough from Chelsea.

Brown and O'Shea might be the most bobbins CH pairing in the league right now. Both are well past it, and were only ever average at best.

Up until yesterday both were having relatively solid seasons. Harsh on both to be honest, Brown's career has been destroyed by injuries. O'Shea was a very useful utility player for Man United. Both were probably their sides respective best players in the CL finals of 2008 (Brown) and 2009 (O'Shea). Both have done pretty well for Sunderland generally since they arrived.

The money their last few managers have wasted on a load of flops both on the pitch and sideline is the reason they are struggling. Rodwell (10m), Bridcutt (3m), Buckley (2.5m), Altidore (8.5m), Giaccherini (6.5m), Johnson (10m), Fletcher (12m), Graham (5m), N'Diaye (3m), Wickham (8m). Their squad is really poor and unless someone like Wickham can finish the season strongly then they look in serious trouble.

Keane, Bruce, O'Neill, Di Canio and Poyet have a lot to answer for. Bruce was struggling by the end but perhaps should have been given more time. The other four wont manage in the top division again.

Its a disgrace, considering the players we have in comparison, that we are only two points above them.

To be fair they both had a good game against us in the nil nil draw at VP last season. They played with their heads like the seasoned pros they are but the sands of time seem to have caught up with them. How did Wes do on Family Fortunes on Sunday night? I think his family were up against Jamelia's.

Bear in mind that game at VP, we barely entered their third of the pitch. Now wonder they looked decent. They didn't even need to be there. That game was horrible to watch.

Do people mean the 0-0 draw last season or the one in December that was quickly followed by a 0-0 with palace .

Do you remember 2007, when we were regularly getting other clubs' managers the sack? Jol from Spurs, Mourinho from Chelsea and Bruce from Blues

Yes they would, or Lambert at 33/1.
