Chiltern Rail from Stourbridge/Moor Street £29 - but all change at High Wycombe for Wembley Stadium?
That should be a scramble!

On match days Chiltern "normally" stop trains at Wembley too...

Hi Guys
Not going to be able to make it , however here are some train details for you which hopefully will help some
Trainline.com    Tickets £16.40 there and £16.40 back , on Virgin so not to bad , there are cheaper options coming back later if anyone wants a pint or 2 in London , once at Euston just jump on the Metropolitan Line up to Wembley about 20mins , anyway hope this helps someone but I suggest booking soon as these prices will defo increase , have a great day

One thing I've learnt from this thread is that some manage to partake in a forum without the ability to read. It's quite remarkable.

Alright hedgeorange74. I like to partake in rum too. It's pretty good stuff if you get the right one.

On Trainline the choices are Wembley Central, Wembley North or Wembley Stadium.

If you choose Wembley Stadium then there is a change at Marylebone, Leamington or Bicester North depending upon which train you get.

I think all Chilterns to Marylebone stop at Wembley on event days. Failing that you're better off going straight to Marylebone and changing there.

Stopping overnight (Saturday) at the Grapes Hotel, Hayes (Premier Inn) £76 watching the other semi final and then dining at the Grapes Tandoori (excellent food) - early breakfast on the Sunday, park up on a guys` drive near Wembley (see "Park on my drive.com") at about midday - short walk to the stadium and take in the atmosphere with all the Villa and Blackburn fans - Magic !!!!
The hairs are standing up on the back of my neck already

Something else that isn't widely known is that you can now use contactless credit/debit cards on TfL buses/tubes as an Oyster which cuts the price by half and saves having to buy tickets.

Not confusing at all then!

I have e-mailed Chiltern to see if the Moor Street trains will be stopping off at Wembley without a change at H Wycombe as suggested above - if there is at least we will be in good company!
