It doesnt need to be complicated ....

Season ticket holders 1st priority
then preference in order of home matches attended per client ref.

The only thing id change is only sell over the counter ...

The priority system for the QF was fine. And you want the ticket office at VP and in town to deal with 32,000 people? And ST holders like UKRedsox, for example, should have to drive up round trip of a few hours to get his ticket?
whichever way they do it someone will always feel hard done by or inconvenienced.

And over the counter only will make it the most inconvenient for the most people.

Its what I had to do in 2010 when the website crashed and the phone lines were jammed.

That's all well and good if you live in or near Birmingham, I live in Bournemouth, I cant exactly just pop into the City centre to get my ticket!!!

I did not renew my ST this year for the first time in 16+ years. This season I have attended every home league game (apart from the West Brom mid-week match) and every FA Cup home match with Freddy and PWS. I do not have a Villa Cash card. Not sure how I stand (or hopefully sit!) with this criteria.

Based on our attendances this season, which 32,000 people do you think will have been to more games than that which mean that you won't be able to?

Should be ok - I only missed the Stoke match this season and everyone who attended the Orient match should get a free ticket anyway!!!
