I always felt we weren't a very fit side under Lambert. Not compared to many other clubs in the top flight. Too many players running out of steam on 60-70minutes. Timmy clearly wants a high tempo, but I think the previous fitness regime is going to hinder that.
This has been said for years now. cf. That Wanker Terry. Also, I read that the players disliked the high standards required by Roy Keane. When are they going to get some players to train properly if this is the case?

Stoke just look more confident even if they aren't doing much themselves. They have the assurance of a team that is safe in mid table versus us and our lack of belief and jangling nerves.

Wish we'd shipped Gabby off to Derby instead of the guy who's scored again today.

I'm not even watching it and gabby is hopeless.
I'm hoping Sherwood, in the long run gets Gabby to shed a stone. The sooner he's svelter and more aerodynamic again, the better. He doesn't even look quick anymore, which basically makes him a redundant player now.

In all honesty, it won't matter.

The pace is gone. It started when he bulked up, but he just isn't that fast anymore. Age, injuries and him deciding to bulk up all added to it.

Scott Sinclair is proving today he does the job of Gabby but better and faster.

Well, if he didn't know it before, Sherwood has a job on his hands.

My goodness this is poor. I'd take off Gabby, bring Bacuna on, push Sinclair to the right and Weimann to the middle

Final ball will be our problem all season, just don't have the players. Not Tims fault
