My friend told me his boss rang Villa today and there has been 40k sold ahead of Saturday, 31k ahead of tonight

They haven't sold 40k yet, that's anticipated.

Agreed, I think this will now sell out.

North Stand has sold out, and there are just 4 tickets remaining in the Holte End, should make for a very good atmosphere

Atmosphere will be electric with full Holte and North stands. However, the Upper Trinity is all green apart from one block, making me think it's still doubtful we'll see a full house despite last night's result. People just don't seem to want to sit up there, will probably mean a 40k crowd.

It would sell out if they let people buy the tickets.

I saw my Albion supporting mate for the first time since the game this morning. He's gone really sheepish, avoiding me, barely able to even look in my direction. I'm not the type to wind people up either so I'm finding it very funny. He had said previously this will either be the best or worst week of his life. It's looking like the worst week.

To paraphrase Pulp Fiction "let's not suck each other's dicks just yet", there's still a Cup game to play on Saturday.

I'm not doing anything different to what I would normally do and I wouldn't if we didn't have Saturday. Beating them means a lot less to me than them beating us would mean to him. I just found it funny how he's acting.

I understand why they're doing it though. You don't want Albion fans in the home end.

We never seem to win when we have a full house anyway.
