Richards should be on two. We'd be four points better off from his sitters.

Puts forward some good points. Regardless, Lerner and Fox will not want to lose out on the financial gains of staying in the PL, so unless results start putting points on the board, it looks like it is the start of the end game for Tim. The media know it's happening, so do we. "At Villa, this summer’s policy of buying almost exclusively young players with the emphasis on potential has so far left them 18th with four points from eight games".Gestede - 27Richards - 27Sinclair - 26Bunn - 30Gana - 26Amavi - 21Ayew - 24Crespo - 28Veretout - 22Traore - 19Lescott - 33It's hardly a bunch of untested youth is it It's not that the players are bad, they're the best bunch overall we've had in years. It's that the manager cannot organise them in anything like a coherant system.

Why do we assume Moyes would give up life in Spain to manage the poisoned chalice that is Aston Villa?I guess the fact that Sociadad have only won one game this season and just goal difference from the bottom three does make him eminently suitable though.

Not really, if opposition teams hadn't missed sitters we could've lost to Bournemouth and been knocked out of the cup by Small Heath.

Outside the top 3 clubs the quality is poor. More often in the EPL teams at the bottom will give the tops clubs a run for their money. I watched Real Mallorca a few times when they were in the top flight, it was awful. It could be argued that it's as strong if not stronger than the Premier League.
