Justifiable spite. He's had ample chances to turn this round. He's just not up to it.Give Sid the caretaker role until the end of the season. Clear instructions that there will be a new man in come June.Fox get on the phone from 8am tomorrow sounding out replacements. Be brave. They won't be needing premiership experience where we're going.Sid would be no better.I don't think he is a long term appointment, but you need someone with the arrogance and shit or bust attitude of Sherwood to galvanise the whole thing.

He's not got the personality to turn around this ship and when we do go down it would be a slight stain on his record. He's done his time here and earned his reputation let's not tarnish it by putting him in charge of something he couldn't handle ala Shearer with the blind hope one of us can turn it around.
Maybe being in the bottom three will finally energise Fox that we're going to be relegated from all the megabucks if they don't kick Lambert out now. Well I can dream
