I still don't think we will win it but that is the best balanced team he has put out all season, home or away.

If Weimann is on the wing that's well strange, but in terms of names, that looks about right to me. Gil, Weimann and Gabby did relatively against Chelsea. I'd have brought Sanchez back in though.

Anyway, come on Villa. Time to win or bloody die trying.

Regardless of the selection, I'm just happy to see two centre backs, two fullbacks, two centre mids, two wingers and two strikers... Oh 442, I've missed you.
That's very optimistic of you to think that those players might be in the positions that you would expect them to be.

First thing I noticed straight away is we have 2 players in the team that actually look up for a forward pass.

Lots of sideways passes and then out to the touchline to boot in in aimlessly.

Gil! Every time he jinks past someone I love him more. Good possession there from Villa.

What an absolute load of shite that period of play was, and it sums our recent form up perfectly.  100 passes, all of them sideways or backwards, with no movement off the ball and then a hopeless non-attempt on goal.  Total bollocks.

Try and be better in the final third Villa. Delph showed the way there, if you make a run it can create space.
