a decent 20 minute spell. But we didn't create too many real chances. A few half chances players were snatching at.
Can't see where our next point is coming from, we're in a relegation battle.

With this goal scoring record, we are fast becoming a laughing stock.

We are humiliatingly bad. Playing OK for ten minutes against a truly mediocre Liverpool side is nothing like good enough.

Every time Cleverley got involved, the move broke down. He does absolutely nothing to justify a place in the side.

Gil looks quality, the whole team lifted with his presence. Lovely touches, can beat players as though they're not there, wants the ball, shows movement, has a good eye for slipping the ball in behind the defence. He should be a real asset for us.

Lambert needs to be braver and not be worried about losing games before a ball's been kicked. We've lost again but I'm more upbeat having seen Gil. He and Benteke can hopefully form a partnership that will save our bacon over the remaining games.

Cowardly team selection again.
Too slow to change things again.
Gabby is appalling, I hope he signed a reduced wage contract because he's shit. We NEED another forward this window.
The slow motion brothers of Cleveley and Westwood need some time out of the side. One at home is pushing it, two is suicide.
We need more pace in the team.
Hutton as good as he has been is not a world class attacking full back, everything can't revolve around him, he's a nice option to have but as a defender will fuck things up more often than not going forward.
Baker is a massive 50p head, Clarke is a better player than him and a bigger threat in the box because he actually gets headers on target.
Lambert will escape again and we get to hear his piss poor after match thoughts for at least another few weeks but in all honesty what did he do right today to help us win a game that was winnable. Liverpool are crap.

Going down, there are not three worse teams this year to rescue us

QPR at least win some home games. Sunderland look endangered but look how they got out of it last season. Burnley, Palace, Leicester, they all show fight. Where is ours?

Yup exactly, i just can't see 3 teams with less quality, fight, passion or tactical variety

Apart from Cleverley and Gabby we have a half decent team that any other Manager could probably make something out of. Lambert seems shit scarred to go positive from the off.

Liverpool we're another team there for the taking today. An earlyish goal, the crowd rocking a new player. Could have been a great day. But yeah Lambore in charge so he sends out 4 centre mids.

Played a bit better and looked a little more direct. Still lacking in guile and the turgid movement up front was mirrored in defense at times. It was quite easy for the plops forwards to find pockets of space (Thankfully, they were pretty average) :-[

Gil made a decent debut.  A poor man's Eden Hazard? :o

WHAT RISK DO YOU RUN REPLACING THIS MANAGER?!

I just don't get it. I don't get it.
