Was about to say there's more movement from us on the pitch than the bench which is saying something and then the boring one pulls an early sub out of the bag , there's life in him yet!

Not sure about having Benteke, Gabby, Weimann and Gil on. Seems like another of his start throwing attackers on plans.

Get players in the box and you get a chance.  Not hard is it!

Hutton is our main attacking threat but his crossing is poor

Weimann, Gabby, Benteke and Gil.

What sorta formation does that become?

So much of our play falls apart with Benteke.

We look better because we have men forward.  Weimann has added energy which he sometimes does when he comes on at home.

Lowton crosses so well that is a really obvious place that we have lost creativity.

What's Lambert going to say now that we are losing the possession stats too?

he's going to say " I thought we were excellent  - we go again"

I would be tempted to give Lowton a run on the right side further forward because he can create things with his crossing.

"Villa fans expect too much. Excitement... goals... wins.... we don't do those, other teams get those.... Villa fans shouldn't expect it. I am the perfect man for the job...."

The old 4-4-2 with two wingers and two CM, I suppose. At least, I hope so.
