It's not as cold as I was expecting and the barricades / muslimist rayguns were easier to avoid than I thought

3 sitting midfielders and Delph. At home. Against a side that's hardly been pulling up trees this season. No Gerrard either.

Sigh. Why not play the guy that can 'unlock doors'?

You're a fucking dick Lambert. And as for you Tom Cleverley, you're absolute shite, and I despise seeing you ruining our wonderful kit.

And exhale...got that off my chest.

Come on the Villa, ram my negativity back down my throat.

A looming protest and he has a chance to deflect some if it with his team selection. The same old same old simply hasn't worked. Yet the scared man inside him has taken control yet again. He could have gone Grealish/Gil but yet again played it as safe as possible. Expect the obvious. A lot of knocking it around without any direct impact. It's such a shame because it is the opposite of who he was. He'll deserve the anger of the crowd and the media criticism if things go just as they have the last few weeks.

I wonder if Villa and Homeserve (whatever they are) realise that the free foam hands can be folded to give the Middle figure

It must be written in the loan agreement that Cleverley has to play, although knowing how our manager thinks,he probably thinks he is doing a excellent job.

Clerverley for Gil was obvious. Give us a boost. I fear for the atmosphere if we go a couple down today. 1 win in 16 at home against them. Not looking too hot.

That would be a good protest - the whole Holte End giving Lambert the finger.

He'll set us up as we were against Man Utd, because we'd be unrealistic to expect any better than an excellent draw against these at home.

No Grealish again either.

He doesn't deserve to be picked after his dismal performance against Blackpool.
