Agree - unjustly maligned - but he peaked at 13 in 95/96

I can remember a season in my time as a Villan when we had three players score over 20 goals - and that's just in the League

Not wishing to hijack the thread, but anyone like to guess which season that was ?  probably the last one  that happened, too

This is it. The last 10 Villa players to score 20 goals in a season includes super Simon Stainrod, he got 10 in the league 9 in the League Cup (4 against Exeter) and 2 in the Fa Cup.

Nigel got 9/10 first time so he's proven he's a better Villa fan than YOU!

Here's one for the older fans. How many players can you name that have scored 20 or more goals in a season at least 3 times for the Villa. The list is not big.
