Surely he can feel the sense of expectancy when Grealish comes on and runs at players? He's often spoken about how great Villa Park is when 'you get it going'. Yet Lambert seems to shy away from any sort of exciting flair play. He's not going to 'get it going' with Weimann, Cleverley and company running around like headless chickens.
