QPR have a bit of a sickness bug apparently.

That actually makes me more nervous. It's when more and more signs start pointing to a Villa win that inevitably, the opposite happens. I can just see Dunne now, scoring a 90th minute winner (in the right end) for them, before evacuating his bowels inside the goal mouth and being stretched off.

Don't bet on a goalless draw, apparently there has never been one between us and QPR in 42 meetings.

I remember a game against Everton away a few years back when they had about half of their team out, including all their decent players. They still strolled to a two-nil or similar scoreline against us. What normally happens in this situation with the Villa is that some unheard of youngster comes in for his first game and has a real stormer

Was reading a few days back that Villa have never gone  five premier  league games without scoring.Seeing as Lambert seems to have a knack of setting up unwanted records  since he has been hereand we never shoot i have a horrible feeling it will be 1-0 to them

I've never been early enough to get to a pub before at Loftus Road, but I am leaving work in about 45 minutes to chance my arm of being down in London with some to spare.

Any recommendations?

The one we went in last time was one next to the Hammersmith Odeon. The name of it escapes me.  It's fine if you like away pubs. If you get their early enough it should be quiet before the fans start turning up. Failing that, you could jump on the tube.

I can't see that helping at all as he will get tired after jumping  for a while?
