I have put this in the Tickets and Travel thread - but thought more people would see it in Heroes Discussion

(mods feel free to move)

Just had my Cup tickets come through for Orient next week.

My lad is 11 - so his season ticket is classed as Under 18.

His cup ticket has come through at £12 - full price for the Holte - when any other Under 16 could purchase one for £5.

Makes no sense at all. If there are others on here in the same circumstances - I would check what you have had debited from your account.

(Just rang the ticket office and, to be fair, they are going to refund the difference - but if I hadn't of checked I doubt they would have approached me).

That's shocking Modify message,

atleast they're giving you back the difference though.
