Yep, super goal.

Hat-trick for Harry Kane as well, which will probably get him in the next England squad.

Presumably not as a Goalkeeper though.

Just seen that Lamela goal. Incredible stuff.

The first time I watched it, I wasn't paying attention to his feet, so thought "big deal". Then I saw what he'd done.

I too had no idea it had a special name. That's the fucking hipsterisation of football, that is. It is getting worse and worse.

Meh. He hasn't got a right foot so he just swung his left at it in hope. Sunday League rubbish.

About time Lamela finally did something. Good goal in fairness.

The chant Spurs were doing just before he scored actually amused me "Wherever you go take the Lamela with you."

Lamela's attempt has a long way to go to beat this one.

Police are investigating a claim that Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli "threatened" a woman who was taking pictures of his Ferrari.

Greater Manchester Police were called at 15:05 BST on Thursday by a resident in the Wythenshawe area of Manchester.

It is understood the woman alleges that the 24-year-old moved towards her daughter, who was taking a picture of the red sports car, which was parked on the pavement.

Police will interview those involved.

A GMP spokesman said: "We received a report of threatening behaviour and we are investigating."

The forward was substituted at half-time in Liverpool's 3-0 Champions League defeat by Real Madrid on Wednesday and was criticised for swapping his shirt with Real's Pepe at the interval.

Reds manager Brendan Rodgers said he had reminded Balotelli about the "club culture" at Anfield.

Although this is tongue in cheek, I wouldn't mind betig that not having a right foot isn't too far from the truth and goes some way to explaining why he hit it like he did.

It's not - it's the FIFAisation of football. A hundred different skill moves with each one needing a different name if the language didn't have one already. If it weren't for FIFA games, rabona would still be a fairly obscure world used occasionally by Spanish commentators.

So consider yourself part of the disease, not part of the cure *winky face*

Yes Brendan, you'd know all about the 'club culture' at Anfield as do we all....

On the subject of Liverpool looking at the betting tomorrow, Hull are a very tempting 7/1 to win at Anfield. The way they're playing, it might be worth throwing on your coupon.

Joey Cole is the Ribena king. 30 yard Ribena winner against QPR. You just wait.

That looks a bit tempting. Add on Jelavic to score and there might be some nice odds on that.
