Newcastle are so shite, on the evidence of today's performance, I'd back us to beat them comfortably, home or away.

Assuming they don't win today, guess who their only win in the last 8 games was against?

And how on earth they beat us is another mystery. They have really been abysmal today.

I won't care in the slightest if Newcastle equalise.

Since beating Chelsea at the beginning of December Newcastle's record in all competitions is W3 D3 L11. Which will become L12 assuming nothing changes today.

Maybe forcing Pardew out and replacing him with someone with the charisma of a Lib Dem councillor wasn't a brilliant idea. Who'd have guessed?

They had Cisse back then, they're completely toothless without him.

We are annually rubbish at Newcastle remember, lost 6-0 with a team that finished 6th and MON never won up there either. Compare our record there to Sunderland.

Newcastle got QPR and Leicester away still to play so you might aswell put in 3 extra points for those two.

About time we stopped relying on other teams and woke up ourselves. Starting on Tuesday.

Yep.

Unless we start winning more and losing fewer games, we're fucked.

We need to start picking up the points.

I think the FAC win has distracted people from the fact that we've won 2 and lost 4 of our league matches since Sherwood rocked up. I don't give a shit this way or that if he's the man for the job long term or not, but he needs to get us winning more games, as we're running out of time in which to do it.
