Quite like him having the moniker "The Brummie Baggio"

Most of the press seem resigned to the fact that Jack will be on the bench tomorrow.
Hope they are wrong.  They should be demanding he starts.

As we get into the euros and next years World Cup it got me thinking, which on a Saturday evening following a few drinks is quite an achievement.
Is there any player in the world that you would accept in part exchange for our Jack obviously plus a wad of cash.
I know I am biased but I canít think of one taking account of his age, love for the club and what he represents for Aston Villa.
Is the wine affecting my judgement?

No, I agree. Given he's a Villa fan, and whoever we swapped him for either wouldn't be a Villa fan, or wouldn't be as good ...

Any club could offer us literally any amount if money and any number of their players and I'd tell them to do one.

Although it be fair I've also been on the drink.

Not really fussed if he starts or not v Croatia. Heíll surely get the stage at some point in the tournament and Iíd back him to shine. Just hope he doesnít get injured.

He seems to be becoming a bit of a darling with the media now. A lot of the stories or features Iím seeing on England heís being mentioned and in the pics. Hopefully heíll stay out of bother and do us proud.

I think it's a decent tune and has a sense of humour too. I'm 60+ on Tuesday and all I want really is Jack to be a Villa player next season. I've enough socks, pants and shirts, just give me Jack and Emi against Arsenal next season. Utv!

I'm 40 and can't remember a) a single player who has such a clear and obvious impact on the Villa team's performances and b) a Villa player with the profile he has across fans of all clubs. He's an absolute superstar and he's ours. For that reason I agree he's priceless.

But also completely as expected.

He was always going to play it safe with a flat back 4 with 2 holding midfielders, Mount is a certainty as is Kane which just leaves some pace to get behind them. The only question was between Grealish and Foden for Southgates starting 11.

I'm not sure playing Mings and Stones, plus a full back playing out of position is playing it safe

Ah well... next England manager should see Jack's worth.
Hasn't he won like 3 MOTM awards out of the 5 or so games he's played? And he starts with Sterling?? Fecking mental.
