... His best performances this season have come drifting in from the left which gets forgotten. The absence of a single decent centre midfielder in our squad obviously is the big problem. Unpopular as it may have been but bringing in someone like Delph in the summer would have benefited Jack even more.
Do you think O'Hare is that central midfielder, alongside someone who can provide the physical presence?

I think Ramsey could be. O'Hare is backup to Jack (or potentially a replacement option if Jack leaves).

Should have been taken off if he was as injured as he was making out throughout the game by constantly holding his hamstring and limping. Hes more use to us in a relegation battle than limping through a final.

Disappointed with Jack - he sat down for 5 mins at the end of the game. Were all dejected, but Id expect more from a villa captain at the final whistle of a cup final

Agree, he's been a disappointment, as Captain.

Luckily, we'll probably see him move on in the summer.

Really annoyed me to see him so down over losing, hopefully he'll be out all night celebrating with his future teams mates.

Disappointed because he lay down? They all lay on the floor at the end, absolutely gutted.

They also got back up and got in a huddle and showed a togetherness.

Total tosser. If Spurs bid 2m plus Onomah in the summer we should snap their hands off and give them Onomah and 2m back.

I fancy we make a Bid in the summer for Man Utd's Jack Grealish. Ideal replacement.

I think itll be a long time before we see another player as talented and as driven as Jack Grealish. It wasnt his day today.

He's had a couple of disappointing games in a row now. One in a cup final sadly, but we've burned him out because frankly, he's been carrying this team virtually single handed since McGinn's been injured. He's playing with poor players. We sadly don't have the luxury of resting him when he needs it either, because other players don't create enough.
I hope he gets back in form; one because he's the best hope we have of staying up, and two because we've probably got 11 games left of watching him in a Villa shirt whether we stay up or not. I love Jack but he'd be foolish not to go at his age.

I think just off the left suits us and Jack better. He gets more space there and is an excellent out ball. City crowded the middle so he couldn't get into the game.

Jeez.  No, against one of the best midfields in world football he didn't have one of his better games.  Let's see how he copes when he's playing alongside similarly talented players.  I suspect we'll watch and weep.
