I think we'll lose

However with those odds I'm tempted with a few shillings on the win and a few more on the draw.

Won a few bib on the Liverpool game with silly odds.

I can't remember the last Villa game we've gone into without a feeling of dread in the pit of my stomach. It doesn't feel right feeling this relaxed!

Just take a trip to the match thread later on. At 3-0 with 42 minutes gone you can get back to feeling suitably pissed off again...

Because we'll be winning 3-0 and Lambert will be staying and Lerner will confirm a few days later that he's bought a new house in the Midlands. Plus because of the exchange rate and cost of renovations he'll be giving Lambert Ł15m after sales to spend in the market.

Win,lose, draw. Any result today outside of a spanking and I can enjoy it.

I just hope it is close until late on. That way we can maximize the stress for Liverpool, Chelsea and Liverpool fans :)

You must be gutted we won on Saturday - you didn't want this one to be a dead rubber!

Enjoy.

A draw is just fine. Anything that doesn't help Liverpool is a bonus.

Someone posted earlier that they had bet on us to win and Liverpool to win the league at 95/1, what company was that with?

I've tried with 5 bookies but they won't allow it as it is 'related'. Which is annoying because if we win then surely they won't fuck it up again + I'd have been quids in.

The thing I hate about all this is the patronising commentary about this game - no respect at all for us - we just make up the numbers
Go and stuff 'em Villa!

Normally I'd agree with you but when one side is a lower-mid table team with nothing to play for and the other can effectively seal the title with a win, I can't blame the media too much for concentrating on the team that has something to play for.
