I sincerely hope that the 'story' that Sir Brian told fans before the game who asked, that a 'takeover is close'.

Admittedly I heard it on WM on the way back, but they must have got that from somewhere.

Someone said to me after the match. Unfortunately they used the phrase "done deal", which as any fule no is net-speak for "made up ITK wannabe".

Little was definitely speaking to the fans outside the North Stand. A mate of mine got his autograph for his kid (we'll probably for himself actually). He sent me a picture of him signing it.

I guess we don't so much need any-old billionaire as a billionaire that has some idea of what they're doing.

I'll believe we've been sold when it happens.

I agree with others. The trust is almost totally gone for me. I hope and pray it's nearly there and have fingers crossed but at the back of my mind I don't trust anyone at Villa. Perhaps other than Sir Brian.

I think it's a rule in football, that  a done deal is never done.

An evil little c*** who epitomises every facet of those with button mushrooms for cocks.

Edit: I meant Jon Gaunt, not john e, whose posts I have a lot of time for, and whose lad, I'm sure, is as girthsome and long as that of the inventor of the dube.
