Its hard to understand why the Baggies takeover seems to be going so quickly ......when as we know the bigger club just seems to be going nowhere in the takeover ......

The way its looking at the moment what assets on the playing side will be there if a takeover does happen?

Their takeover appears to be going through more smoothly as they've recently been telling anyone who'll listen what's going on. We don't know when Peace actually started looking for a buyer, but I refuse to believe that he put the club up for sale at the end of the season and they've got a buyer at exclusivity/due diligence already.
Exclusivity implies at least one more interested party that's been pretty much sorted into the
maybe pile, whilst another continues as preferred bidder.

As mentioned elsewhere, everything we do is shrouded in secrecy, so we could just as easily wake up on Tuesday to find that it's all done and dusted.

Buying Aston Villa versus buying West Bitter Albion is like comparing buying a vintage Aston Martin DB5 to buying a Ford Fiesta.

Steeped in history, nurtured & carefully crafted by master craftsmen versus knocked together in the Black Country by ham fisted yam yams.

It wouldn't surprise me. The club & staff are actually pretty good at confidentiality. Lambert knew mid previous season that Lerner was looking to sell but kept it quiet (as he mentioned after it was announced) I would assume other people at the club knew as well. It wouldn't surprise me if some of the key players know exactly where the club is takeover wise (Delph in particular who has mentioned he has a great relationship with Lerner). They just don't go around telling it to fans or the media.

Maybe the last nine years didn't really happen

A bit like Dallas but instead of Bobby stepping out of the shower, it's Herbert

I know of a few lads who are available, have a bit of experience and are very keen about getting into film making. Contact Leicester for their details.
