Whoever it ends up being, they need to have a proven track record in the ownership of a sports brand. Preferably with a shit load of money. Otherwise we're going to go backwards.

I trust Randy to do the right thing. He might even have been reinvigorated by recent events, afterall the hard work & pain of turning the finances around has been done.

if the price drops to say £150 mil and things keep looking up on the field, you could get the ridiculous situation where

Benteke 30-35 mil
Delph 20-25 mil
Grealish 10-15 mil

half the price back for the club in 3 players, asset strippers delight
