You'd struggle to drive round there that quickly. Respec', as I believe the young people say.

I actually said that to a few people, I wonder what the time is for a car to make the journey on a average day around London, I'm sure someone has done it.

You did brilliantly.

If only Villa could find a club equivalent of TBAR that we could unload all our unwanted useless players to.

Especially the real dullards.

Yep suppose your right Percy, the ones that have gone over there and given us (the fans) the 'ITK' of the takeover talks happening weeks before anyone else reported it, including the news and media and the Culverhouse story but yep fair enough, you do have a point. I really don't get the bashing between other villa sites, aren't we all here for the same reason to support our club?

Yeah, my life would have been complete if I'd heard rumours of a takeover ages ago. Oh, hang on a minute, I had.

I'm certainly not getting involved in any of the politics here BUT the bit I don't get is why getting the news a few hours/days earlier makes any difference. Surely it's the quality and diversity of debate that counts?

I agree, I think the problem was a lot of people were saying that it was PR stunt to get traffic to a certain website. I just don't see why everyone just doesn't get along, we are all here to support the same football club after all?

Fuck knows. It's important to some it seems.

Top Gear did it as a challenge.

Car vs. marathon runner: Clarkson raced a Fiat Nuova Panda against marathon runner A.C. Muir around the London Marathon circuit during the morning rush-hour. Winner: Runner Series Six, Episode Seven

Was it the London Marathon circuit? Or am I thinking of the one where they just saw which mode of transport was faster across London, I remember Clarkson in a boat?

It was as near as they could get to the exact marathon route iirc.

A predictable response indeed Mr Woodhall.

I didn't want to disappoint you. You haven't been on here for weeks, your second post is slagging us. What do you expect?

Bit touchy.

It's a bit lame and childish to log onto a site with the sole intention of slagging it off, then when people criticise your post, claim that they're "a bit touchy".

Just stated how I see things.

I'd like to think all Villa sites would be unified in a hatred of The Great Satan.
