Come on. It's obvious the very first ones to know about, analyse and pass verdict on any Villa takeover would be knuckledraggers. Apparently it's bad news.

Not exactly the most trustworthy of sources, but some worrying questions about company ownership here.

It's unlike Blues fans to be writing about us.

Cut and paste is preferable to clicking, Paulie. Some of us would rather not have that filth on our web history.

Regardless of whether we now spend money like its going out of fashion, or spend modestly, the first part of the rebuilding process has been announced, and the soundbites look nice "promotion, top 6 etc'" now we need a manager and a strategy to achieve those aims.
We only have to look at how Chelsea and Man City have performed this season compared to Leicester. Throwing money at it is not necessarily the answer.

I must say that 'the biggest club in China' line rang some unwelcome bells.

Am I the only one who is sceptical that this new owner has been a fan for so long?

Need to get him on a supporters Q&A forum to work out his credentials, I'd go for..

Who were Villa's first European opponents ?

What was unique about Villa's 2-2 draw with Leicester City in 1976 ?

And the creme de la creme (not found on Google)..

How much does a Villa Chippy Special cost ?

Sorted.

We have a natural predilection for caution, thanks to the poor decision making at the club over the last few years. I am not putting out the bunting until I see what our spending is like. Hope for the best, expect the worst. I hope the new peeps prove me wrong.

If he knows who scored the winner in Rotterdam he immediately trumps that other lifelong Villa fan Baconface Cameron.

I would strongly urge people not to dismiss anything out of hand, even from blues supporters.

It's an interesting situation.

Where is the info coming from? Disregarding their inbuilt obsession with a team they profess to hate, it seems pretty clear that a couple of posters on SHA have more info on Villa than we do.

Or it's bollocks. One of the two.

We're not, though. It's just that I won't be leaping to consult them mere hours after a Villa takeover, despite them having our best interests at heart.

Only one question for me to prove his love of our club. Does he know why Barry didn't take the penalty
