That is a fantastic victory. Absolutely fantastic. If we can get Woakes, Bell, Trott and Barker in finals day we will win it.

Good stuff. Hopefully we'll be the second game on rather than the first so I can see most of it after the Villa.

Still think they should arrange it so that Twenty20 Finals day happens BEFORE the football starts up again, but the ECB seem to do what they can to discourage crowds from turning up.

It will sell out. Not many tickets left even before today's great result for the Bears.

Well done to the Bears. Just on my way  back from the Oval,  where Worcs tried hard but just weren't good enough. At least I'm now spared the mad dash from Villa to Edgbaston after the Toon game

So glad I bought tickets for the finals day ages ago!

Great performance. Essex won their group, we just scrapped through.

We're on a roll!!

You Bears.

I don't doubt that it will sell out. However, most matches this season haven't and could've done much more easily had the ECB had any common sense (eg not playing matches during the World Cup). Twenty20 Finals day has now basically become the blue ribbon event of the domestic season and should be held at a time when it has a chance to dominate the nation's sporting attention rather than at a time when it will get about a paragraph of publicity because the football season has started.

Congratulations Bears. They defended their total very well. Best of luck in the finals.

According to Wiki and I don't know why they would have it and not the ECB, it will be Lancs v Surrey up first. Warwickshire (I refuse to call them Birmingham) will play Notts or Hants in the second semi at 2.30pm.

Bears have released more tickets today, just bought one myself, give Villa a miss that day, won't be missing much.
So block 9 awaits just outside members bar which will do some brisk trade that day....my first finals day plus Villa
are bound to want me to drown my sorrows with Bears winning the days shootout.

The Bear pit awaits!!!!May all those that venture there do so with fear and trepidation as the Bears await you!!!
