Thrown away again. Top order poor yet again. Where was Woakes, Barker? Just so frustrating against a poor Northants side. So inconsistent this year. Put Hain in - he is in good form.

Was Woakes rested, or told by the ECB that he wasn't allowed to play?

If it's the latter, then it's completely ridiculous considering his chances of playing in the 1st test are slim at best

Brum Bears beat Worcs Rapids in the rounders to retain a chance of a quarter final place.  Probably need to win remaining 2 games against Yorks and Leics.
