Very rarely do I go back and re-read a page. It had nothing to do with the pizza/grammar discussion.

Same here. If PWS's toilet is nine and a half minutes away, then he would be back in 19 and a half minutes, not ten. Assuming 30 secs for shakey shakey time.

Posts from his toilet innit.

I think it generally gets overlooked that the fans have been very patient with Lambert. We've been terrible for most of his reign and it's only now that it appears the vast majority want him out. I hope the club realise it's not just a knee-jerk thing.

I said last week sometime that I think personally the Leicester away game was the straw that broke the camel's back. It wasn't just the result, it was how we played that possibly killed off any lingering support he had. The Arsenal game wasn't really much of a surprise at all.

Others have already said we are the new Coventry when it comes to constant relegation battles. Lambert is the new Gordon Milne.

.. and the uninformed media stating that this is to do totally with Lerner's austerity measures, which is complete bunkum.

As daft as it sounds and I can't really explain this very well

But it was the Grand Holt signing that did it for me, there was no comeback From there as far as I was concerned
We all have a tipping point, that was mine

Was there a separate thread on all the records he has set?

I see we are 10/1 to win a home game this weekend.  Have we ever had odds that steep before for a home game?

He will be sacked at some point, but he just depends how much damage he does first. Results under him will never improve for any sustained period, and there will come a moment where Lerner and Fox realise this. I just hope we're not relegated by the time they do.

If we lose against Chelsea then follow that up with a defeat on Tuesday against Hull he HAS to go.

Let's forget Chelsea - that's very likely to be a defeat, however lose against Hull and even this board may get twitchy.  We live in hope that we win and things will improve.

but it won't be sustained even if we do; that's the basic problem, we get a reasonable result, maybe draw the next, and then its back to oblivion.

Exactly at some point maybe even more during the next 15 games we will go on another terrible run of results and lack of goals that would test an angels patience.

Hull's next game is at Man City so can see our game with them the following Tuesday being loser gets sacked. Unless one or both of them have already got the bullet.

My Hull fan relative has been telling me for a while that he reckons we'll beat them and that that will be the results that effectively, if not mathematically, condemns them.

Hull have had a very poor twelve months disguised by a cup final, staying up and the media not making too much fuss as they are expected to be relegation battlers. With two bang out of form sides who don't exactly score goals for fun 0-0 would be a good bet.

I've watched a few of their games recently (on streams), and they are absolutely awful.

if we can't beat them, we should probably just give up.
