You're consistently wrong though.

I can't blame Lambert for today, I can for the previous ineptitude but not today.

We'll lose to West Ham and Southampton, then I think if we lose to Burnley there's a slim chance he'll go. It would be insane to keep him if we lose 9 games in a row but I wouldn't put it past Lerner considering he gave the guy a 4 year deal recently despite him being one of our worst ever managers.

Just worked out we'll definitely drop a place after tomorrow night's game too, whatever the result.

Let's wait and see how we get on against West Ham before we start dreaming of losing to Southampton and Burnley.

West Ham have won three in a row at home including Man City and Liverpool, I am not optimistic.

I'm as tolerant as the next bloke but look at his record. It's an absolute disgrace. He really, really has to go. No question about it.

Good they are due for a loss or at least a draw.

The thing is, that sounds very much like last week's "let's see how we get on against QPR" or this week's "let's see how we get on against Spurs".

When do we start to get better?

We played decently in patches against QPR as well, but got no points. We played decently today (although, yet again, just the one shot on target) yet got no points.

It seems like an ever moving target that we just don't seem to reach.

His record is truly abysmal going back months and months now. It has been abysmal for almost the entirety of his time here.

This season stinks to me of the same thing the Billy McNeill season did, I'm afraid. For whatever reasons, it is just so clear that things are not going to happen under this manager. Lerner can kid himself otherwise, but we are currently getting yet another graphic demonstration of how poorly the manager is doing.

They drew yesterday after being 2-0 down.

If you look at it from the other angle, forget "reasons why he should go" and just concentrate on "reasons why he should stay".

it's not exactly convincing is it?

Let's wait and see how we get on against West Ham before we start dreaming of losing to Southampton and Burnley.

Our record is not very good at Upton Park. It's in the Loftus Road and Selhurst file for london shitholes many other clubs usually win at but we rarely do.

Big Sam has a good record with various teams against us down the years and they're in very good form.

I'd be amazed if we got anything down there, think it will be a comfortable win for them.

They're in good form and it will be tough. If it's not difficult then it's not worth doing.

Yep, Lambert has has a few years now to get it right or at least some improvement...there has been none since he took over.
