Business as usual according to BBC sport!

That's what I was worried about.

What's happened to the 'Lambert's Gone (admin confirms)' thread over on TBAR? Hmm.

Have they pulled it then? But it was confirmed. By two sources. Surely they haven't announced something else as nailed on happening only to backtrack a day or so later?

Yeah but he did get it right about Culverhouse and Karsa, so that makes him infallible.*

*Except he didn't - he said they'd been sacked and that was wrong.

Looks like they've had a meltdown, but not quite the ne they were expecting.

I think you'll find Admin has never been proven wrong.

And that includes when he did that build up and revealed the new owners - NB that's actual owners, not rumoured owners - to be Messrs Simpson and Davies of the Texas Rangers and went on to say "Welcome to B6, gentlemen!"

Well it's up for sale now. I'm not sure Lerners that bothered about ST sales, he's mentally clocked off. That's what happens in life when you know you're leaving somewhere.

He just wants a buyer ASAP. It'll be someone else's ship to sail after then.

To be honest getting rid of the manager at the moment would be madness.

Don't know if this has already been mentioned, but John Percy (The Telegraph's Midlands Football Reporter) has tweeted; "Business as normal at Aston Villa after talks between owner Randy Lerner and manager Paul Lambert. Money is there to spend, though club is for sale. Head of football operations Gary Karsa has been dismissed."
