You can't beat a Mackem turn of phrase:

"Gardner AND Larsson in the middle? Minging that like."

Blimey. Didn't know how much they all hate Gardner.

Quite.  You'd have thought he ticked all the boxes for them as a midfielder:

1) good engine
2) combative
3) chips in with goals
4) isn't Cattermole

They don't really seem to like many of their players, reading that thread!

Arguably they've been left with more bollocks players from the MON/facist era than we were via MON/GH/TSM.

Only change would have been Lowton for El Ahamadi with Bacuna in his position. They're shit, let's rub their noses in it and have a comfortable home game for once.

I agree.
That starting 11 should be strong enough to win this though.
Fingers crossed.

I don't know about that.
We have had more time to get rid of them and replace with better.

That Sunderland back four is fucking slow and gash. And Mannone is a big step down on Mignolet. If we start with a positive attitude and really go at this lot we'll get the result.
Stop beating about the bush and tell us what you really think of their defence...

I get the feeling Gabby doesn't like Bardsley.
