I think he'll do well at Everton and could potentially get a bigger job after that.Lambert very rarely makes these decisions and have them pay off. I just don't think he has the tactical nous at all. We're as big a job as he'll ever have. Whether he really is up to it remains to be seen. I appreciate he doesn't have a huge budget to work with, but he's had the option to sign more experienced players if needed and not done it. Every decent team going has experienced players. We signed 7 players in the summer for maybe 20 odd million. It's been suggested we had further funds to get a midfielder possibly. We should have just signed 3-4 better quality players, perhaps more proven. I don't mind having players who might be good in 2016, but if we're in the Championship what good is that? Our bench has got to be one of the weakest in the league without a single proven premier league player .The only player we've got that could change things as an impact sub is on loan to Fulham.Piss poor state of affairsWhy do you think this would work this season when it didn't work at all last season?

Gabby or/and Weimann need dropping. Sylla needs to play and Lowton at right back to allow Bacuna to move upfield. Shake the complacency up.
Bent didnt want to stay as an impact sub. We need Big Time Charlie back asap..
I'd like to see Guzan being made captain.

Granted his shots have been high and wide in the last couple of games but who's done better?
