Had problems with viewing - just got on to see Weimann miss - fairly even game 1st half?

Vlaar is starting to look like the proper centre half we thought he was going to be.  He's comfortable with the ball too which is nice.  I'd like to see him rocket one in from a corner off his head.

An injured defender? That's not like Villa?

Delph's a cracking little player, isn't he?

What he has become is everything we hoped he would. Only 23 so lots of time ahead of him.
The sad thing is that if he has a brilliant season, does well in Brazil we wont be able to keep him...

I think we can. We have to prove to our better players we are going to build around them. Delph isn't in the Benteke price category where the bid would be stupid to turn down. He's a very solid and reliable player that can play a long time for us. We need to put players of his calibre around him.

Baker at left back is better than Clark in that role.

Not a bad half, that. Second half, kicking towards the Holte, let's have some goals.

Good game of football if nothing else. Howard has been very solid so far

That's a decent first half, and much more effective going forward. Benteke looks short of match fitness and we have to take our chances better. Vlaar and Delph have been very good.
