I don't think John Motson was at Villa Park today.  They obviously do a "dub-on"  commentary after results are known.

Watched it on Motd just now. That moment when Weimann realises it's going in so changes his run to the Holte instead of to the line was brilliant!

Everytime they replayed the goal, a part lf me kept thinking that the centre half would clear it.

I like Roberto too. I always wanted him here and was gutted we didn't get him after MON ran off. Saying that I can't complain about Lambert.

The North Lower near the away fans went a bit mental after every goal, I noticed.
They always do.
I love the North (Witton End) Lower!
They give the oppo fans some stick - keep it up guys!

Its a pity the North stand isn't the other way round, as a bigger lower tier would really add to the atmosphere.

Great result. Lets hope it's the start of something (at home). Stick to the formation maybe? I'd imagine it gives us more solidity at the back and certainly suits players like Bacuna, Luna and Wiemann.

He was...nice to hear a compliment from time to time.
And...hate to go on about it ... he agrees with my version of being "outplayed" - if you have lots of possession and do f**k all with it, it' ain't being outplayed! (I think?)
Come on you Lions!

Certainly feel Luna and Bacuna (Lowton and Bennett as well) are more suited to the wing back role.

Tonight, I am just so god damn proud of this club - f**k those that spend crazy money, we'll get it done the old fashioned way. Lerner and Lambert deserve MASSIVE praise for the way they are going about their business. And the negativity that remains - dear oh dear. We will lose many but win more and then we strengthen again in the summer (even if Benteke leaves, we'll have a pot of money to re-invest). Good times ahead

Agree Witton

Didnt think the ball was gonna make it over the line for Andi's winner. It seemed to speed up just before it crossed the line.

Still dont know how we won. Great day. As i said to my son, enjoy it, we could lose 3 nil nextweek!

Well I didn't see that coming at all. Fanastic result well done lads. :)
I did. I went to bed last night before the match and dreamed we won 3-2. Quite an amazing result. Haven't seen the goals yet, but going to go and have a look now.

I really do think that the Holte end sucked it in for Andi's winner
