Some silly twit spouts a bit of nonsense on the wireless and blue noses go into meltdown. Bless.

Yes the wearing of Blackburn Tops was a particularly low moment.  13th in division 2 brings that out in you.  Maybe I’ve answered my own question.

Ignoring it being a nose posting about Villa as usual, here is that call https://twitter.com/BCFCKC/status/1119281466402324481

Nose or stripey. More probably a nose since they are a little more original than your average tesco bag.  Thing is, our bitterest get on the airwaves and internet taking the piss that WE think we are still a big club.

OK, fair opinion. But if we are not, then we are you fuckers obsessed with us?

Answer is = SMALL CLUB mentality.

Translated for those that follow those shit two wank teams....ALWAYS IN OUR SHADOW, get over it, you are shit!

I know we all make comments and have ‘bantz’ about our local rivals but I really find the utter obsession and faux hatred of us quite bizarre and borderline unhealthy.

It is definitely obsessive, bizarre and unhealthy but it certainly isn't faux. It is genuine. Their negative passion regarding us outweighs their positive passion for their own team. Certainly when it comes to Small Heath fans. Albion fans slightly less so I would say.

Surely a piss take yeah?

If it was a fan of one of our rivals taking the piss then fair play to them, it was funny. I heard the call and thought it was an over excited Villa fan who possibly wasn't quite the full ticket.
Listening to the back again I'd say it was a fan from another club on the wind up firing out all the cliches they like to take the piss about and exaggerating Grealish to new heights...it was like the Bolton letter in a phone call.
thought it might of been footyskillz until there was no mention of yellow cards and McGinn.

One villa fan makes a tit of himself and were all arrogant. One blues fan attacks an opposition player however.

Talking of timings - they have an hour and an half every night. They don't actually start yapping until 7 or 8 minutes into the programme. Then there's the news, endless travel, the sport, prittle-prattle with the host/s and "legends" (fuck me), prittle-prattle with the host/s and the fat nose on tweets, and about 7 calls. Absolute fucking shite. Bring back barmy racist bastard TB, and George Gavin.

I've got to say that Garry Thompson's contributions and his in-play match summaries are worth the half-wittery that surrounds him.

Thommo's only been doing it since we came down. Can't actually remember who used to do our games in the prem, can remember Big Ron doing them for a season but that was in the MON era. Steve Froggatt also a while back.

Can't remember him doing co-comms which Thommo does.

When I first started listening Dennis Mortimer was always on the phone ins, always remember his Ellis rants!

Morley used to do a lot of co-commentaries.
