I'm probably being a millenial snowflake but I thought Neil's post match comments were appalling:

"It needs to be brought to a conclusion. There has been no approach to Preston. So there is nothing to say. There is nothing for me to hide.

"When you've got a decision to make, then you are in control. There is no decision to make.

"I would imagine something would take place over the next couple of days and then whatever will happen will happen at that point."

How can he expect something to happen over the next couple of days if there's been no approach?

And excuse my prejudice but if it was any other club they'd be getting pelters for it but lovely, cuddly Albion wouldn't ever do anything wrong.

Preston should have put him on gardening  leave if they expect him to join the bitters. And the reason they aren't getting pelters is that the majority don't really care about the bitters, Preston or division 2. If it ain't the top flight they aren't really that interested.

She’s had her stopwatch out & Villa fans get longer on the phone than anyone else apparently

That is quite a statement given how bad a team they have been for the most part of the last twenty five years.

Are you sure it wasn't her pacemaker and not her stopwatch?

She's outdoing herself tonight ! Timing and writing down the length of the villa fans' calls to WM; also, the fact that you only have to "look at a villa fan and it's a penalty " (yes, she said fans not players).
At least the presenter shouted her down and said she was wrong.
That old bat is more annoying every time she calls in  :)

I've just heard that. I don't usually listen to WM unless I can't get an away commentary anywhere else. She actually admitted to timing the amount of airtime they were giving to Villa fans. I don't think she has enough to do!

And they are robbed due to not getting penalties ...... no mention of the two challenges on jack in both games ...... I think its sad for her as she is obsessed and never likely to see them beat us again

They never get penalties because they barely reach the opposition goal, even when they're playing well.

Stephen the Villa fan wasn't exactly a great advert for us. He sounded like he had started on the sauce early today.

Listening back to Polly now. All these noses who hate us would have nothing to live for if we folded. One of them on Small Heath Alliance recently proudly admitted to having stronger hatred for Villa than he had love for Blues.
