Wanksy has been off for a week and I've noticed as a result:

1. With Wilford and or Regan presenting it the show is a lot more balanced.

2. There are lots more calls got in.

3. Neither of them 'put it out there'.

He needs to be put out to grass sharpish.

He's probably masturbated himself into a coma over Wolves performance on Saturday evening.

Plenty of them are. They seem to have confused beating a Villa team that weren't prepared to attack with this meaning they are the reincarnation of Brazil 1970.

There was one on last night saying that not only was Saturday the best ever performance he had seen by a Wolves side in his 40 years of watching them, but that they are also the best side to have featured in the Championship since it was formed along with the Premier League.

They only need 80 points from 34 games to prove it. Just 26 wins and two draws will do it and then they can afford to lose six. It sounds easy if you say it quickly enough and don't think about it too much. ;)

No idea why people still listen to this tripe. Care in the community FM judging on who calls in. Can barely put a coherent sentence together for the most part. Oh and wanksy is a complete moron.

I don't think I have listened to BRMB or whatever they call it these days* or WM once in the best part of ten years.

*Apart from in my wife's car with her or her and the kids.

Martin O’Connor on tonight saying he was at the Fulham game and they outplayed us for large parts of their game.  Meanwhile Wolves have just been awarded the league championship because of their 0-0 draw in another competition at man Citeh.

So Eddie calls in tonight and I have to say on a very rare occasion I was in stitches whilst driving.  He had heard that an upcoming home game was kids for a quid.  So he took it upon himself to go to the ground and pay full whack for the seats either side of him so no kids would sit beside him.  Meaning more empty seats.  When they started taking the pee out of him he just got more and more wound up.

That’s actually quite funny.

So much for Franksy & co regarding Eddie as a good natured wind up merchant. Listen to this.

Bloody hell I hadn't heard this before. Its all gone a bit 'Love thy neighbour' (ask you dad? grandad?)

He does come across as a bit of a tit but apparently he's part of the 'football family' so thats OK then.  Methinks he should have been banned from then on.

He's a moron who only gets put through so Franks and the rest of them can have a laugh at his expense.

It will be interesting to hear the narrative of the Blues fans on the phone-in.  From previous experience it will go from their callers saying tonight that they were the better side and should have won to them talking later in the week like they were totally dominant and actually did win the game.

Decided to tune in tonight and it was on for about thirty seconds after being greeted by two imbeciles trying to "sing" Tubthumping.  This folks is what we pay our licence fee for.

It was good to be enlightened by the nose who explained that it was Elmohamady's fault that the clappers were being thrown onto the pitch as he was enticing the fans to do so.

Of course he was, he was wearing a Villa kit.

....'.as he went off at the end'

So gesturing 'come on then' after having stuff chucked at you for an hour and a half is 'asking for it' now. Takes victim blaming to a whole new level.

I thought the lovely Polly might be about to be a bit sorry when she said she was disappointed in the fellow Blues fans for throwing stuff at the Villa players, but it was just that she thought it played into our hands by allowing us to waste time at corners and throw ins.
