In the words of WSC, speedway is like watching nuns on bikes. It's only interesting when one of them falls off.

Poor old Dennis.  If he struggled to pronounce "Mr Larner", he's not chance with this guy.

I can guess what's coming tonight

"The football family phone in is extended tonight as we discuss just how many ex West Bromwich Albion managers can Villa appoint"?

I caught one when Rego was filling in and it was actually pretty listenable for a change.

Those M6 traffic problems lead to me tuning in briefly yesterday just after 4.

Franksy's question was: What would you ban from England?

His own answer; Foreign Lorries, he'd make tham pay a levy. An educated and thoughtful answer, just what we need this summer.

Swiftly followed by a text, "Aston Villa". He laughed and mentioned that he may have started a football war. Followed I'm sure by texts from Villa fans saying "Blues", Wolves saying Albion etc. You find a better level of exchange in a school playground.

Did no-one text in "Radio WM" and/or "Paul 'Callmefranksie" Franks"?
