So far we've had Ben the Baggie who immediately came out with, "we have a strategy.  We're not going to France and paying ten million for unknowns".

Who says there not obsessed?

Also said the highlight of his Summer was an expert saying Albion are better value for a takeover than us, as all we have is empty seats.

If that's the highlight of your Summer Ben, then you need to get a life.

So having a smaller ground, less supporters, less potential for expansion and a lower profile makes you better value for a takeover? Whatever that bloke is an expert on it certainly is not football or business.

And their strategy also includes signing Abou Diaby, whose familiarity with the treatment table makes that of Ron Vlaar (RIP) seem like a casual flirtation.

What, you mean they arent going to be taken over by the richest man in China/29th richest in the world, turning them into the new Real Madrid and reducing us to the Southern League? I'm shocked at that.

The reason that their deal fell through was due to the due diligence that investors undertake before acquiring anything of stature such as a Premier League club.

Once the investors had performed such a task they were unable to complete the purchase due to a difference in the valuation of the club and it's potential.

The spokesman for the consortium has stated ' due to the in depth due diligence we have performed, we cannot pay the required fee of a bag of wotsits for this pile of shite. Also the extra investment in changing the gloves from six fingers into mittens so that these inbred morons stop hurting themselves was just a step too far'

WBA have instructed Poundland to facilitate the sale of Smethwick FC

Have Radio WM reported any of our new signings this season or are they (Franksy) still banging on about Benteke and Delph leaving, how shit everything is at Villa and how if they sign Rickie Lambert he'll be guiding Albion to the Champions League?

Is Lerner risking the clubs financial future by spending so much?

Why didn't Lambo get this money?

Let's go to Dennis.  "Where's Warnock, why's he out on loan? "

He won't be in a stripey shirt that's for sure!

£8m is a lot of money for a relegated centre back who's had injury problems the last 2 years.

I take it that it's back on tonight? Might be worth a listen to see what utter drivel 'call me franksey' comes out with.
