What will you learn from this ahead of the game against Yanited?

"Man United is not Villa. They don't play like that, *shudder* ".

I hope Kevin Friend gets the Flu for Christmas. The crooked, scuttering, monkey felching spunk trumpet.

I'm a bit scared that you know he's into monkey felching. Is there something you aren't telling us Maz?

Mixed feelings about this one, for the all the reasons that everyone else has mentioned. We look bloody good at the moment despite the result. Keep this up and our season should be very different to the last.

delph - what a player he has become ;)

Listening to a radio station that covered the game here and they cannot stop raving about him

Which is probably more than a radio station here is doing.

End of the day, we lost a game and realistically 1 point. I think even if Andi scores one of his chances, we'd have sat back afterwards and conceded anyway.

And what have you seen of Lambert recently that we sit back after scoring?

Have we ever sat back under Lambert?

Exactly, that attitude cost us about 5 goals at Chelsea last season when he went out trying to attack in the second half rather then trying to limit the damage. This year it will probably cost us a European place but with the players now in place and with belief, it will definitely be a better ride.

Not sitting back but we would inevitably have dropped deeper, y'know like conceding late when we were winning at WBA and Everton to name two examples.

My biggest concern is how tired will some of the players be for the Liverpool game after these 2 games. I think we may need to change a couple of things around Saturday.

First smile since the final whistle, thanks PWS.

I am still angry and I will be in the morning.Kevin Friend has form against us and should never ref a game we are playing in again.I can take a ref making mistakes, but I can't take cheating.

The Albion fans said the same on Saturday and I laughed at them. I just think he is poor.

As I don't have Sky it will be interesting to hear from those who do watch the extended highlights how bad the decisions really were. And also what the pundits say about them. So please let us Skyless wankers know.

Didn't see or hear the match live due to some other stuff going on. Caught the last 3 minutes on 5Live. They were praising Villa performance immensely including Lawro who said Villa  have proved over these two matches that they are a very good team.  Appears we didn't have the run of decisions tonight and on saturday we did. Well done Lambert and the boys.

Having said that I hate the patronising  Fergie like comments from Mourinho. A day will come when they won't be doing that and I believe that's not too far away! UTV.

I said to my son after Ramirez hacked down Delph and didnt get booked that Vlaar standing next to the ref, should have reminded him that he should also be lenient when it came to keeping our players out of the book. The point being to remind the ref he had cocked up and he owed us one. A quiet word in the refs ear is what Terry has been successfully doing for years

Aye, I remember a game a few years back against Sunderland where we got a few calls in our favour from Friend. Don't think he's got it in for us, he's just shit.
