A tough draw but anyone's game at this stage of the cup.

Gutted to lose such a close quarter Final....well done to KV.....interestingly if i had been drawn against anyone else would have won.

Some post match comments from manager PGW:
'' I thought we were excellent first half and didn't deserve to lose this game, we always looked threatening - i was gonna select 26000 but thought that lack of fitness made me go 25980 system,but as i say
i thought we were excellent first half and didn't deserve to lose.
Asked about any transfer dealings in the January window PGW announced that he had been in talks with 'Arry' about a young left sided midfielder who made his debut on Saturday for QPR against Leicester,
PGW went on to say that he fulfills all the criteria being young, hungry and cheap.....in fact we can have him for a handful of nuts.....the youngster is lacking a little fitness runs in sharp bursts then stops to
have a few pants to get his breath back.....but a deal will be done for QPR's Grey Squirrel by the 4th Jan.

Today's gate -39,757 , which I believe gives me an advantage of  504 going into the 2nd leg and as we are only 25 apart in our Liverpool guesses I think I can order my Wembley suit .

Well played cd - having saw the guesses I must admit I feared I'd gone too high having banked on a decent bank holiday crowd.

Having looked at the other semi it appears pws has an unassailable lead going into the 2nd leg so  I look forward to seeing you at Wembley pws .
