Joe Bennett's been training hard already. He's looking beefier already. That's Lambert and Culverhouse in the background. And our new conditioning coach looks like Brigitte Nielsen.

I insist that we use capital letters and larger font size only from this point to really drive home the worth of the exclamation point.
